The hotel had a warm, inviting atmosphere with an incredibly relaxing pool area that is perfect for soaking up the sun.

Communication about on-site events was lacking, which made it difficult to take part in some activities I was interested in.

the hotel is quite prety, but I expected better treatment. No breakfast unless you had a coupon? Also, I found hair in the bed, which is just gross. And not even a complimentary gesture to show they care! I almost gave a good review, but they just made it impossible.

Everything was perfect! The staff was super accommodating and the room was just like the pictures-clean and cozy. The pool area was a huge highlight, complete with a bar serving up the best cocktails. Perfectly located near the beach for surfing lessons or a stroll.

The pool area was perfect for the kids to play, with shallow sections and underwater chairs. We enjoyed relaxing with our dog while sipping delicious cocktails. Nearby food options like Rayana served great meals, and the beach was just a short stroll away.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available.
